Galavant (again)
Dec. 15th, 2018 10:54 amOkay sorry but I guess DW is where I'm going to talk about Galavant because I don't want to annoy anyone about it on twitter or pillowfort
I finished season 1 and started season 2 last night, and holy shit, I love this show, why didn't I watch it sooner???? The first episode of season 2 is literally titled "A New Season aka Suck It Cancellation Bear" and the plot is that Galavant and King Richard get stuck at a gay bar because Galavant is Hot and makes a lot of money for the bar. WHEN COULD YOUR FAVE EVER. AND THEY DID THIS ON THE ABC NETWORK???? HOLY SHIT I LOVE THIS SHOW.
The best part is that I remember watching Timothy Omundson as Cain on Supernatural right around the same time as he was playing King Richard in Galavant, and thinking that his hair and beard were super fluffy and long. I'd only ever seen him with short hair as his character in Psych, but he looks so good with long hair. Also, damn, I wonder if that was a bit of an emotional whiplash for him, going from such a serious and dour character on Supernatural to such a playful, silly, and relatively stupid character on Galavant. My love for Timothy Omundson only grows more every day tbh.
